Bought this gun in.177 very accurate with QWS pellets, and oh my gosh the weight it feels like a pistol.
Lots of 3D printed accessories out there just like the P15 artemis. Shroud can be lengthen if required well worth the money shop around for £450 new great honest review ANDY.
Simple, no nonsense, practical and sufficiently accurate at that price point. Another very useful video, thanks Andy.
Looks like a very practical rifle round the farm.
You know weekend is about to start when AAR puts out a new video. Leaning back in my chair and sipping from my hot cocoa.😊😊😊
iǘe got a snowpeak p35 in .22 fac. for about 10 weeks now and iḿ loving it. iv'got some high end pcpś but this one is my go to rifle when pesting on the farm. superlight and pointable, iǘe put a red dot on it (vector frenzy) so it stays light and makes it very proactive. with the red dot i u se it till 40meters after that the red dot isn´t precise enough. but hey... bigger distance , bigger guns.😄 (impact m3 .25)
thanks Andy for the great review as always. O... and for people who want to buy such gun, get high scopemounts or your eyes will fall out hteir sockets.
Hi andy i enjoy seeing you showing us all air rifles from budget end to the top end how in anyone in your standard how they shoot in all weather please carry on with your work andy and your family and team thank you and all the people that helped you with all your RUclips videos sir
I have the sister gun (Stoeger Bullshark) in 22…incredibly lightweight and shoots 18.1 at 890 fps(FAC,obviously)…a great hunting/pesting gun
Andy showed a prime example of weather related issues for shooters here, something I learned the hard way while dealing with pest control;
I love my .177 rifle, but its VERY sensitive to crosswinds and if windy, the pellets seem to go everywhere but the target when at my permission, so If its windy, I use my trusty .22 custom. It may have a shorter range, but it pretty much ignores the wind and does exactly what I need it to do 👍
Are they both sub 12?
@@redpillnibbler4423 yeah, getting a FAC isn't an option right now and while I said rifle, I should have said air rifles before someone thinks I have something I shouldn't 🤷♂️
I only do target shooting. I've lived in my new house for over 8yrs now and so far, the only mouse I've found the cat found and brought it in as a present.
I used 4.5 for my pistol's (apart from my umarex 50 Cal revolver) and 5.5 for my rifles due to the stability.
Most of the time you go with .177 caliber. I would say to get a idea of barrel quality try the larger caliber .25 and see how it groups , make sure to clean the barrel with in a inch of its life before proceeding . Thanks Andy
😎👍🏻
I'd like to see the .25 cal model preform
Enjoyed your review as always. One comment: For me I'd very much appreciate being able to determine the distance to target without listening carefully to entire reviews. Would you consider printing the current setup on the target? Thanks.
I own Artemis P-15 - it's the same gun, but in wood and with a different charging handle. I love this gun, go buy it!
hey mate , do you have any social media account i can contact you on , regarding this rifle.
This is in essence a P15 with a plastic stock and forward cocking lever. I have a P15 with a forward cocking lever conversion and it is fantastic. I have no doubt this version will be equally as good...... if you get a good barrel in the Snow Peak barrel lottery....... also looks a look like my FX Wildcat.... there, I said it for you 😅
Morning one and all nice peice of kit .
Shoots well most of the shots were on target with a few same hole shots can't complain at that .
I have it and is fantastic little gun. Accurate reliable and light . Everyone must have one for hunting. Nice work my friend nice video ❤
I have the Stoeger Bullshark version in .177. It's easily the most accurate air rifle I own and it loves JSB Knockout 10.3s. I don't think you could find a gun at twice the price that shoots as well as it does.
I plan on buying one in the US probably will have to have one sent from Canada. As a reviewer for Vector I just tested 2 Veyron scopes and for ultra compact scopes I have to say that should be a great optic for that air rifle. Love your content as always keep it coming.. Have a wonderful weekend....
I am not sure you can find this in Canada with our laws.
@LowkeyAirgunner agreed. I work at a gun retailer and in order to send anything to the US, you pretty much have to go through broker/wholesaler and then customs, etc and there's a ton of paperwork involved. It's a complicated process for sure. 🙃
@@007tallguy not all bullpups can be sent here I am not sure of which and why but I know they are regulated in some ways for sure !
_When you start being interested in a compact air rifle to find out it is a considered as a pistol here 😢_
Hi Andy, I have the earlier version of this gun, the Artemis P15 and it really likes Bisley Magnums, I used JSB Heavies before but the Bisleys group better.
@@lyndenhodder5655 The P15 looks alot like the Beeman bullpup!
Lovely little bull pup that won’t break the bank!
Couldn’t agree more I’ve bought a BSA CLX pro In laminate black pepper ( gorgeous!! ) but too nice for the field… only use it down the range.👍🏼
Modified P15... They like heavies, bis mag and qys...
Thank you for the video. You've helped me alot convincing me. I'm gonna buy the P35 next month
Hi Andy
Love the review. I’ve owned one of these for a while now and I love it. The scope mounts are a good shout I had to get some higher ones for mine. I saw a comment on someone saving up the Rein M2 well I have one of those coming Tuesday so I can let you know how they compare!
I see there is a Reign in the background, have you reviewed this yet?
The Stoeger XM1 bullpup is exactly the same but with more versatility.
How accurate is the stoeger. I see diffrent videos with bad accuracy
Been waiting for you to review this one 👍 definitely time to build an enclosed Range and a few more mags worth of shots to better gage the accuracy.
Nice review, Andy. 2 questions:
1) what's the trigger pull weight?
2) how does it compare to your Reign (behind you)
First off nice review as always sir 👍 i bought a SMK Artemis P15 .25 a few months back for ratting 🤔 .... WOW what a cracking little / light / point-able air rifle very quiet but the same as the p35 no 1/2 inch on the front i managed to get one from Eagle Vision very simple to fit i can now add on a extra moderator as & when i need it with a hugget Magna on you can barely hear it I'm over the moon with this set up .... ?? i don't think the Rats like it very much mind you .
Hi Andy , I have the Stoeger XM1 bullpup and it is exactly the same rifle in a different stock. It has a few extras on the stock and a 1/2 inch unf on the barrel. It's a cracking little rifle.
Another great review, at least this time I don't need to go to the RFD and try and find room for another rifle !
I looked at the xm1 but thought it was overpriced for what it was
@@Theshropshireratter it's a cracking piece of kit to be honest. I think you can pick them up for about £450ish brand new.
I have a Stoeger XM1 bullpup too, in .22. Fantastic rifle.
Might have missed it. What is the shot count per fill?
@@Chaffinch1977 I can't speak for the .22, but I get around 140 shits before I refill.
He’s a good bloke our Andy
Quality , informative and excellent production as always
Keep well fella
Thank you very kindly.
Often times you review a bull pup there is a Walther Reign in the back :)
Hi Andy, thoroughly enjoy your reviews, but it's important to note that Picatinny and Weaver are NOT the same as each other, and can cause issues if you have the wrong accesory. I can confirm how annoying this can be on my Kral.
True. Picatinny accessories will not fit on a Weaver rail, but Weaver accessories will fit on a Picatinny rail.
@@jeffslade1892 Thats true as long as there aren't multiple cross bars on the accessories, as the different spacing will prevent engagement. That's on top of the thickness of the cross bar issue as well.
Exceptional reveiws❤
Thanks for the video. I'd love to see a review of the Snow Peak M25.
Be well.
It looks a nice little Bullpup, Snowpeak, Artimis, are they what used to be known as SMK? I'm just going on the All over the place Specifications/Instructions they sound like they've come fresh from Google Translate.
Great review… think I’ll take the plunge on this one… 👍
Yeah i like it,,,, wonder if its gonna be put out as a Diana Bullpup
Is it a regulated bullpup? Most reviews claim it is, but the dealer most convenient for me to buy from, advertises it as unregulated on its website...
The scope seems very low in relation to the cheek piece can’t imagine that being very comfortable for extended range sessions…..ah and just after I wrote my comment you mentioned higher mounts!!
maybe kral arms airgun next?
I have a Stoeger Xm1 which is a restocked (and improved) version of this rifle, it really is great! Mine is in .22 and shots JSB 18.1's at around 900FPS after tweaking with the hammer spring a bit, and get around 60 shots with a full fill. A ripper for sure! Not sure if the barrel is also SPA made but it's extremely accurate still with good pellets.
Well I hope you have an FAC , as 900 fps with 18.1 gr pellets is 32.5ft/lb energy. I suspect you don't have an FAC as those holders are more responsible. You're either a fool or full of BS
@@nickpurdy3096what did he say that was irresponsible?
Great review thanks, can’t make my mind up between this, a P15 or Stoeger equivalent as a knock about rifle?
Great review andy just bought a hw77 been watching from the beginning and listen to your reviews when driving back from ratting have you seen the new black bunker folding airgun with bayonet?
Hey Andy , you gave a great rifle review on the P35 .YES this a great most age ranges because of the weight ... Very handy for disabled shooters like me ... The rifle is a great buy . thank you Andy n... Cheers Simon
Hi Simon!
You have this one? This rifle seems like a very good purchase. Not in a horrible price range even. If found one for €600 or so - I'd consider myself to be a probable buyer.
I liked that it seemed very light and the magazine goes very well into the stock. Apparently an accurate rifle also... The Snowpeak brand name just sounds a bit..."off"?😁 "Artemis" sounded much better imo - with no cheesy cheapiness into it.🤣
Apparently rebuilding the moderator's baffles etc also is a quite common "thing" for this rifle...which now kinda also intrigues me also...
What's the brand/make of the portable shooting bench you're using? Never seen something like this, looks very interesting.
Nice bullpup Andy, can it be charged up comfortably using a hand pump ? And what's the .177 shot count per fill please.
Very very very similar to the stoeger xm1 bullpup as well
That opening sentence almost described me?!
Looks interesting. Thanks for showing!
Reminds me of the remington t rex .22 calibre bullpup
they are worth the money those snowpeaks , some little isseu`s can be corrected ,and then you have a sturdy gun
@AAR great video as always. But don't suppose u can direct me round the video that Mrs AAR on making the ballistics gel from gelotine please. Can't find it anywhere. Tia ❤
ruclips.net/video/AudT0EhDolI/видео.html
Mine is as accurate as my fx maverick both fac in 22 for 1/3rd the Money but the snowpeaks are hard to get here in the USA I think the dealers are trying to keep them out because the quality and accuracy is so good at a much more reasonable price
Hi Andy..I have a bsa stutzen for sale,it was my father's and he bought it from new ...any ideas where to sell it... thanks for your time Dave..
Hi Andy this is Usman
I’m a big fan of you and your videos from Pakistan
I did some improvements with my P35
Would like to share with you and get your expert opinion
hi whats the best 177 pellet co2 full metal 1911 & revolver like the smith & wesson
i think that veyron is not helping to get the focus easy ,those are super sensitve for the hight because the extrem small pupil .
Can you do a test when it's not windy to give a realistic appraisal 👍👍
Hey, Andy, love your videos and envy you. What methods of charging the air cylinder are possible with that Pup ? Is a manual high pressure bicycle style pump feasible ?
PCP’s are always filled up with some 200-300 bars (make sure to check on each gun the max. allowed pressure of the exact model), so no way to fill’ em up with anything that doesn’t provide such pressures…
I know a guy who had a huge 400V three cylinders 600Liters capacity professional garage compressor and never understood why this monster was’nt able to fill up his small 200 bars LP50…
Pressure remains pressure, and you will either need a scuba shop filled diving bottle, a special PCP air compressor or the good ole PCP hand pump (Hill, FX and so on)
@@Crottedenez1000 , I'm saving up toward getting a PCP and I wondered about shop type air compressors. They have hand pumps designed for air guns which run about $200 and also compressors just for air guns that are outrageous price wise, $800 ,$900 and up. And going to a scuba shop every time you need a tank of air isn't practical . So, a hand pump it shall be with a model that makes it possible. Then, I want to swag my own pellets and slugs. That can get pricey too. Especially if you want any air gun larger than a .22. Sometimes .22 pellets aren't too common to find. .177s are no problem.
On the list😮
Looks very much like my Stoeger Bullshark. The Stoeger in .22 has over 30 fpe and is a fantastic gun. Stoeger claims Olympic Grade accuracy. The stock is quite different, but the action seems identical
One wonders what the long term quality will be like on a air rifle that the makers can't make sure the brand labelling is on level. This is a sidelever action, like many out there on the market. To call it a biathlon type, as many makers do, is inaccurate sales "big up" talk. The throw of the lever is far too long to be a biathlon type mechanism and you can't operate it without removing your whole hand well away from the grip. Talking of the latter, wouldn't it be better if the cocking lever was on the opposite side to that of the trigger finger? Being a light rifle this seems more practical to me.
Got 2in 22*25 cal think there very good 4 hunting
How many bullets can it shoot on a full tank?
Interesting. My A rifle has become totally unusable handheld with bipod and NV attachments. I could do with a grab-and-get-that-rat-outtahere B rifle - would this be your top ~CQB small pest choice in that price bracket? FYI, ET cetera, not ek cetera.
Is this not a trex bull pup ?
Hi, what is the distance?
Could you please do the Artemis p15 next the vid should do well there very popular 😮
If this is not a *Stoeger Xm1 bullpup* copy I don't know what it is! Haha
The P35 came out way before the XM1 bud the Stoeger is a copy of the P35 I reviewed the P35 years ago mate 😮
@@ttuktargettime4905 Didn't know the Chinese name haha
Perhaps it’s me, at £550. It doesn’t sound very budget. For an extra £100, you could pick up a HW110, if you shop around. Having said that, it does look a cracking little bullpup. And obviously a lot cheaper, than some of the high end manufacturers. I suppose the big question, is it worth the money. Based on that review, I would say so. 😊 👍
Please review Snowpeak M25
Looked a nice gun
👍👍👍😜🏴🦕🦄😁🤞✌️
Has anyone had experience of the snowpeak M50? It looks interesting as a indexing rifle
No mention of shot count, unless I missed it?
Good looking gun
You missed it, 11 shots.
@@brevlod That's the magazine capacity, not the shot count!
@@dgg2412 ....ooops, sorry my mistake, some reviews say around 70 shots on almost full cylinder.
I've got the artemis p15 and I get around 130 shots at 11.6ft lb .177
try the qb 12 please
What's it like at 100 meters
Can it be deliver to India sir I would like to have one
Why don’t they put meter on an angle easily done and safer
Can u add a silencer
Where in the USA does someone buy the p35 m60
its a pistolgrip with a bag rider you could say .,you can put a arm tru the hole ,in a thumbhole stock its impossible
Nice.
The can't get the face down bit had me chucking. That's down to there poor breach block design. They not realy making proper breach blocks just redesigning rear pull bolt setups to acomidate a top slotted throw rod that section is all up in your cheek they should have just designed a proper breach block with front possisioned cooking action.
Increase Air Tank Rifle 1000PSI & Velocity Design 300yard☺️😊💞💕💓🎇🎆😲😁🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾🦾
You know that's an absolute deal-breaker for me it's a good-looking little bullpup rifle but if you can't adjust the trigger there's no way I'd be spending four or five or six hundred dollars on a gun like this that the trigger is not adjustable
great
goodmorning!
I've yet to see a Chinese gun group as well as a quality European/UK product. No criticism of the shooter, I just don't think the barrel quality is there yet.
I have a JTS airacuda standard ( Chinese production ) and it shoots as good as my Fx rifles.
Hi guys I’ve got £350-£500 to buy a PCP what do I buy? I have a hawke airmax scope so only need the rifle
Have you had a look at the Walther Rm8, excellent for a first pcp
Get a Gamo kit. Rifle, scope, silencer and bag, plus a tin of pellets, all for 500
Too heavy got rid of my r8 in weeks got kral puncher can't fault it
How many joules?

Die Waffe sieht ser gut aus
ambi cockinghandle ?
Yes it can be switched to the left and the trigger is easily adjustable if you pop the stock off, shot count 120 ISH 👍
How do you get 25 mega pixies in that tiny tube. Surely that's witchcraft
they’re very small…..stay safe. Andy
